Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Le Gray Fashion. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.

Returns:

We accept returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@legrayfashion.com, and we will provide you with a Returns Label and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions:

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including personalized or customized items, perishable goods, undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel, as well as cosmetics and fragrances.

Please also note that any items purchased as final sale, with a discount of 70% or more, are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Once we receive and accept your return, we will process your refund. We will refund the purchase price of the item via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the money to be credited to your account.

If you prefer, we can issue your refund as Le Gray credit. The amount will automatically apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
