Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Le Gray, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 working days from the delivery of the parcel, except for final sale items.

Returns

You may return your item(s) for a size or color exchange or a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@legrayfashion.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete the return process.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and in the same box, neatly packed with the return tag still attached. The returned item(s) should not have been worn, washed, or altered. The shoes’ soles must be returned in perfect condition and should not show any use signs.

Items must also be returned with their original tags, wrapping, and other accessories, such as dust bags and covers, received in the box. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which should not be damaged, altered, or used as the packing box for shipment.

Please pack the returns in the same box sent by Le Gray and include a copy of the invoice and return tag inside. Returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by www.legrayfashion.com in the email providing the return instructions.

Please note that Le Gray reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly followed the return instructions.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item(s), please follow the same return process mentioned above. Once we receive and accept your return, we will process your exchange and send you the new item(s) promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and accept your return, we will process your refund. We will refund the purchase price of the item via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the money to be credited to your account.

Final Sale Items

Items that are on final sale, with a discount of 70% or more, are non-refundable.
